A lookup failed or returned nothing

It found nothing
An empty result means none of the places that module searches knows the details you entered. Check the spelling, try another format (for example a phone number with its country code), or try a related module.
It failed with an error
Sometimes a module can't answer for a while. Try again in a few minutes. A lookup that fails because of an error on our side is not counted against your plan.
The module is marked unavailable
A module shown as temporarily unavailable can't be used right now. It comes back on its own; there is nothing you need to do.
It keeps failing
Open a ticket from Support. Tell us the module, roughly when you searched, and what the message said. Please don't send the details you searched for in the ticket.
