# A lookup failed or returned nothing

## It found nothing

An empty result means none of the places that module searches knows the details you entered. Check the spelling, try another format (for example a phone number with its country code), or try a related module.

## It failed with an error

Sometimes a module can't answer for a while. Try again in a few minutes. A lookup that fails because of an error on our side is not counted against your plan.

## The module is marked unavailable

A module shown as temporarily unavailable can't be used right now. It comes back on its own; there is nothing you need to do.

## It keeps failing

Open a ticket from [Support](https://www.osintcat.net/support). Tell us the module, roughly when you searched, and what the message said. Please don't send the details you searched for in the ticket.
