How lookups are counted on your plan
On this page
Each plan includes an amount of lookups, shown on its card on Pricing. Most lookups count as one. A few modules that cost more to run count as several; the API documentation lists each one.
When you run out
You can:
- keep going from your balance at the pay-as-you-go price, if you allow it in Billing,
- wait until your lookups refill, or
- move to a bigger plan.
A lookup that finds nothing because of an error on our side is not counted.
Max
Max has no fixed number of lookups. To keep the service fast for everyone, very heavy use is slowed down for a short while instead of being blocked.
