# How we handle your data

## Your rights

Under data protection laws such as the GDPR, you can ask us to:

- give you a copy of the data we hold about you,
- correct data that is wrong,
- delete your data,
- give you your data in a machine-readable format,
- limit or stop some processing.

Write to legal@osintcat.net to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

## Your account

You can delete your account yourself; see [Delete your account](https://www.osintcat.net/account/general). Your search history is kept for the number of days your plan shows, unless you choose to keep a search.

## Payments

We don't store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment processors, and we only receive confirmation that you paid.
